Short Response 1#

This is an icebreaker game to help us familiarize with each other on the first day of the class.

Theater is about creativity, instead of a traditional introduction with generic terms (gender, race, nationality, etc), I encourage you use 250-word to write A Recipe for Yourself.

I am thinking of titles such as “Recipe for Sweet Casey” or “How to make a delicious Steve.” Consider what has gone into making you, such as personal or ethnic backgrounds, languages and experiences, as well as what you care about and what motivates you. Consider also the genre’s components (lists of ingredients, directions, cooking time) and mimic these features in the recipes.

The other option of this game is to share with us a recipe you like and tell us why.
